New and in perfect condition. I make these pipes myself and have been making them up in the mountains of santa cruz for about 10 years. They work great, easy to clean and 100% safe to smoke out of. The glaze on the end gives a nice smooth feel to the lip. The hole going throguh measures about 1/8-3/16 of an inch giving the pipe a nice draw.
