trAloolaTM is the only online art fair exclusively for artists and craftspeople to
display, merchandise and sell their art to an enthusiastic base of art lovers. It’s
like an art fair that lasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year long, except
you never have to leave your home.
Feel Free to window shop, search and browse on trAloolaTM. However, in order
to buy or sell you will need to Register. You can do this by clicking the
Register/Log in option at the top left and follow the steps provided. This
will provide us the information necessary to allow you to complete a transaction.
All artists agree to ship an order no later than 72 hours of receipt of notification
of a sale. Notification of a sale occurs immediately after you complete checkout.
Each artist can customize some shipping details, like shipping vendor, delivery
method and whether or not insurance is included in the price. Please refer
to each artist’s booth page for complete shipping details.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is a minimum 7 day window to
return an item except for excluded items (bathing suits, undergarments, body jewelry,
perishables or customized items). Some artists have chosen to extend this
review/return period for your convenience. You can review the detailed return
policy for each artist on their booth page. Please refer to your My Account
page and click on ‘Return an Item” for complete details
Each artist has agreed to provide a minimum 7 day window for a buyer to review and
consider a return. Some artists have chosen to extend this period for your
convenience. Bathing suits, undergarments, body jewelry, perishable and customized
items are excluded from this policy and are not returnable. Please refer to
the artist’s home page for complete details of their specific return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your item and wish to make a return, you can do so
by following the steps below:
- Click on the My Account option.
- Click on the Purchase History option.
- Click on the Item # you are returning.
- You will be provided with a return item ID number. This number will
be different than the item # when you made the purchase and needs to be included
in the box with the item.
- Print the item return ID number or write it on a piece of paper and include
it in the package with your return.
- A message will automatically be sent to the seller that a return has been
initiated.
- You will receive an email, once the artist accepts the return and your
credit card will be credited with the purchase amount and any taxes paid.
You are responsible for the initial shipping cost.
Ask the Artist a Question
If you have a question about a specific item or about the artist, you can email
the artist to find out more. You can do this by clicking on the Contact Shopt
option on the Artists home site. Type your question for the artist in
the window provided and click the Send button.
*trAloolaTM holds the privacy and personal information of our consumers and artists
in the highest regard and take all measures to ensure their privacy. In order
to protect your privacy, we highly recommend you do not provide any personal information
in these communications.
The My Account section is where you can Manage your transactions on trAloolaTM including,
update your personal information, complete your rave reviews, hold your favorite
booths, access your shopping bag, check your purchase history, and return an item
and more.
The My Shopping Bag section, allows you to place items you are interested in so
that you can continue browsing/shopping. If you place an item in My Shopping
Bag, you can compare and hold items and they will remain in there even if you log
out of the site. Remember many items on trAloolaTM are one of a kind and if
the item gets sold it may not be available when you try to check out later.
If it’s something you simply have to have – don’t wait!
What is My Purchase History?
The My Purchase History section is a detailed report of the items you have purchased
on trAloolaTM. This report will include the date, booth name, the item #, quantity
purchased, the price of the item, tax paid, shipping cost and the total cost of
the item.
trAloolaTM does not represent any of the merchandise on the site. It is the
responsibility of each artist to provide accurate and truthful information about
their goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of a
transaction on trAloolaTM you may create a dispute and try to work it out directly
with each artist. Click on Dispute Resolution from the artist’s booth to begin
this process.
As a buyer on trAloolaTM, you have the opportunity to communicate to the artist and
other buyers your experiences about the artist and items you’ve purchased.
If you have purchased an item on trAloolaTM, you will have (Reviews Due) next to this
section. Reviews are organized by leaving one, two, or three palettes based
on your level of satisfaction. You may also leave a personalized comment up
to 90 characters in length.
How do I submit a Rave Review?
If you have purchased an item and have Reviews Due you can submit a review by the
following steps:
- Go to your my Account page and click on the Reviews Due Button. A
screen will pop up with a picture of the item(s) you purchased, the item # and item
description.
- Using the paint palette indicators, enter the # of palettes (1, 2 or 3)
you think best represents your experience with that artist and the item purchased.
- Three palettes indicate an excellent experience on all fronts! Complete
satisfaction!
- Two palettes indicate a good transaction and your expectations were met.
- One palette indicates something about the experience could have been better.
A box is also provided so you can enter a comment (up to 90 characters)
that helps explain your review.
The My Address Book can help speed up your check out process as well as help you
remember those important events in people’s lives that are close to you.
- It helps speed up your checkout process, by having your shipping
information automatically populated in the appropriate areas.
- You can enter the addresses of those you regularly ship items to or you
can add them during checkout.
Your privacy is our utmost concern. By transacting on our site you expressly
consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information
as described in the Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy from
any page on the site.
As an artist selling on trAloolaTM or a buyer you agree to the terms and conditions
set forth which are outlined in our Terms of Use section available from any page
on the site.
What is the Personal Information section?
The Personal Information section is where you can edit and update your password,
contact and billing information.
Searching for an item can be done a couple of ways.
- Click on the Go Window Shopping option at the top left and choose a category
or enter specific search terms.
- Choose a specific category from the list of options in the navigation bar
at the top of the page.
